Capital City Golf operates five golf courses at three locations:

• Haggin Oaks Golf Complex
• Bing Maloney Complex
• Bartley Cavanaugh Course

The non-profit Sacramento Area Youth (SAY) Golf Organization operates the William Land Golf Course by a contractual agreement. More than 500,000 rounds of golf are played annually on City courses. Capital City Golf operates as an enterprise fund, which means it is set up as a self-supporting business within the government.

• Bartley Cavanaugh: Café and Catering services; outdoor gazebo seating to accommodate 30+; outdoor patio seating to accommodate 60+; indoor seating to accommodate 60+
  
  
• William Land: Café and catering services; outdoor picnic-style seating to accommodate 75+; indoor seating to accommodate 25+
